Flutist Sami (Eudy) Bruemmer is a freelance flutist, flute teacher, and wedding photographer in Dallas, Texas.
She has served as Education Manager at the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra. As a part of this position, she strived to make classical music education accessible through outreach programming with the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Arlington, and Garland Symphony Orchestra. She also served as manager of the Lone Star Youth Orchestra. Sami is the Founder and former Director of the Cross the Line Project. She worked in the Community Engagement and Career Development Office at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts while she completed her Masters of Music in Flute Performance in the studio of Dr. Tadeu Coelho. At UNCSA, Sami served as the Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Flute Studio and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
She is also a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she received her Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While at SMU, she studied flute with Jean Larson Garver and piccolo with Deborah Baron.
